Presto designs the Hot Wire Bottle Cutter in Tanzania to cut the PET bottles without deforming or damaging the sections. The tool is used to cut the bottles into different sections for accurate section weight inspections. The perfect cutting of the bottle is made to analyze the section weight. The instrument is simple to use, efficient and precise.

The device has Canthal wires that can be heated to three different levels. The variable voltage potentiometer and easy control of the heating standards of the wires are maintained. The digital screen on the machine displays the wire heating standard and helps in efficient monitoring and control. The  instruction guide and a conformance certificate are supplied with the device.

    • The instrument performs the correct section weight analysis with the equal cutting of PET bottles into three different sections.
    • The heating level of Canthal wires is monitored with LED digital display.
    • A set of two high-quality Canthal element wires for accurate cutting and additional wires are available on request.
    • The weight of the machine is 35 kilograms with exact dimension 700 X 400 X 400 mm.
    • The tool is used to cut the bottle to a maximum size of 138 mm diameter.
    • The heat level of the cutting wires is controlled by the variable voltage potentiometer. Wires have three heating levels.
