The Bursting Strength Tester is designed ideally for determination of bursting strength or bursting factor of a variety of materials to study the failure that occurs in them due to a hydrostatic force applied on them at a steadily increasing rate through a rubber diaphragm.

The equipment is provided with a cam mechanism that is motor driven which is used for increasing the fluid displacement on the lower side of the rubber diaphragm at a specified rate. There is a mechanism provided with the equipment that automatically lowers the pressure down and stops the motor automatically when the test cycle is completed. It has a rugged design to provide trouble free performance for a long time.
