The instrument ensures the precise compressive strength of the packaging boxes and provides the best quality.  The machine is available in different platform sizes to allowing testing of different sizes of the specimens. The digital display indicates the force applied to the specimen, the deflection faced by the specimen and the number of the test conducted.

The device is supplied with an instruction guide and a calibration certificate.

    • There are varying sizes of the platform for placing the specimen; 450 x 450 mm, 600 x 600 mm, and 1000 x 1000 mm.
    • A compressive type force is applied for the testing procedure.
    • Require 1-kilowatt power consumption.
    • The compression plates separate at 10 mm / min. ± 3 mm and return to the home position at 50 mm per minute.
    • The required electrical power supply is 220 volts single phase AC.
    • The overall dimensions are 155 cm x 115 cm x 200 cm and weight of the instrument is 380 kg (480 kg after packaging).

    • The test results are available in N, kgf, lbf.
    • The digital display determines the test values accurately along with the deflection in the sample and the number of test procedures conducted.
    • Lightweight design allows test performance at varying force values.
