Determination of burning behavior of interior materials
The standard method helps to determine the horizontal burning rate of materials used in the occupant section of vehicles, after placing in contact with a small flame. This standard allows testing of materials and also other parts of the vehicle individually or in arrangement up to a width of 13 mm. Some figures demonstrate shapes and quantities of concern.
