• To start with the test, you need to turn the machine on by plugging the main socket of the machine into a 3 pin 5 amp socket and turn it on.
• After that, you should place the specimen by removing the desiccator lid and place the test specimen inside the desiccator.
• When you place the specimen in the desiccator, then you should place the lid back on the desiccator. When you place the lid on the desiccator then you should make sure that the lid is properly placed so as to get accurate testing results.
• Close the inlet knob and connect it to the main power to electronic unit provided in the rare panel and also connect vacuum pipe provided with one end of the pipe to the desiccator knob and another end with the nozzle provided in the rare unit.
• When you place the wire mesh then you should place the sample like Tetra packs etc. by placing the lid onto the desiccator.
• After connecting with power, you need to click on the profile setting and enter all details. Vacuum pressure can be set accordingly. You can set it from 150mm to 600mm and set the hold time from 0-999 seconds. Click on save and start the test.
