Bottle Burst Tester- Digital Model

Presto’s Bottle burst tester is a very useful testing instrument used for testing cans and packs, CSD line bottles mainly where pressurized lines of carbonated liquid are filled. The specimen is placed firmly at the opening and pressure in the form of air is exerted at a controlled pressure.

The thickness of the walls and the design of the bottle play a vital role in this parameter, and the efficiency of the design of a bottle is tested by this instrument. By Testing the bottles, important things like the bottle expansion volume and the burst pressure are determined. The testing machine is also equipped with a digital presettable timer with a maximum time limit up to 999 seconds. The machine also offers auto cut off facility.

The Bottle burst tester is equipped with hydraulic controls for exerting air pressure. The machine is also incorporated with auto pressure hold facility for maintaining pressure for a particular period of time at a particular pressure.

While operating the machine, essential safety precautions are taken which ensures that the testing instrument will work safely as per international safety guidelines. The machine is fabricated with a secure steel outer casing to fulfil the same.
