Presto Bottle Pressure Tester / Bottle Burst Tester
is designed to facilitate measurement of bottle or can pressure. This
instrument is especially useful in CSD lines and other pressurised
lines where carbonated water/liquid is filled into bottles, cans or
packs.
The sample is held securely at the opening and pressure in the form of
air is pushed in at controlled pressure. This creates positive desired
pressure inside and the bulge or the complete burst pressure can be
measured.
The wall thickness along with design of the bottle plays a major role
in this parameter, and the effectiveness of the design is tested by
this parameter. Important information like the burst pressure and the
bottle expansion volume are determined. Equipped with digital pre-set
type timer upto 999 sec. With auto cut off facility. Auto pressure
hold facility for holding pressure for the specified time at specified
pressure incorporating hydraulic controls Audio alarm on completion of
test. High pressure compressor complete with filter & regulator
assembly is supplied with the equipment.
